• Establish a daily prayer routine consisting of Morning Offering, Mental Prayer, Angelus, and Night Examination of Conscience.
• Learn and practice the ancient monastic method of Lectio Divina using Holy Gospel readings and Patristic commentary.
• Identify and overcome spiritual lukewarmness, worldly temptations, noise pollution, and aridity in prayer.
• Grow in the theological virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity through daily spiritual exercises and frequent confession.
• Cultivate interior recollection and silent adoration before the Blessed Sacrament in parish chapels.

Organized in one comprehensive module:

1. Foundations of Christian Prayer

Participants will maintain a daily prayer rule of at least 15 minutes of quiet mental prayer with Sacred Scripture, frequent reception of the Sacrament of Penance, and daily Rosary recitation.

One lesson every two days accompanied by daily mental prayer and spiritual reading from spiritual classics. Total duration: 4 hours over 1 week.
